Trish is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and is a certified yoga and meditation teacher. She also is a menopause coach and enjoys blending eastern philosophy with western psychology.
Trish has over 30 years working both as an educator and therapist. Her practice includes a collaborative, intuitive and holistic approach through first developing a strong relationship with her clients. She incorporates unique therapy styles, techniques and tools that best fit each client’s needs.
Women of all ages will feel supported by Trish, from late teens beginning life as an adult through to post menopause. She specializes in living life as a female, ADHD and finding ways for you to live your best life.
Trish understands some clients can be nervous or unsure about seeking help however she works to create an environment of trust by providing a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients. Her strengths of care, compassion and empathy will help put her clients be at ease. She believes we all have within us what we need to create more positive and meaningful lives.
